PLEASE NOTE.
1. LETTINGS ARE PROVISIONAL,UNTIL CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY THE OWNERS.
2. LETTINGS are from Saturday (4.00 pm) to Saturday (10.00am).
3. CHEQUES should be made payable to V.T.Nicholson and sent to 11B rue Auguste Chardin,
La Bessardière, 50800, St. Maur des Bois.(Monies can also be transfered to our UK Bank account).
4. HIRE CHARGES are set out on the enclosed sheet and include water (which is metered in France) and electricity. Bed linen is also included. If the woodburning stove is required, bags of logs are available at £3.50p per bag. The amount you use will be deducted from your security deposit.

* Please note that our hire charges do not include travel arrangements, ferries etc.
